IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE MOBILE SERVICE?

No, however there is a small fee to cover the cost of travelling to your location if you are 15 miles outside of Stevenage.

Absolutely! Our mobile mechanics are highly trained, certified, and have many years of experience in the automotive repair industry.

Yes, upon reviewing the details of your repair requests, we can provide you with a cost estimate over the phone or via email. However, please note that final costs may vary based on an actual inspection.

WHAT TYPES OF REPAIRS CAN BE DONE ON-SITE VERSUS AT A SHOP?

Most repairs can be performed on-site, including basic maintenance, diagnostics, and minor repairs. However, more complex repairs that require specialised equipment might need to be conducted at our shop.

DO YOU OFFER ANY WARRANTY ON THE REPAIRS CONDUCTED?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a 1 year warranty on all repairs and parts installed by our mobile mechanics.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR YOU SERVICES?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash. Payment is usually collected after the service has been completed.
